I do not see myself as a consultant who only implements what management had planned already. Instead, I will provide advice to the best of my knowledge and will develop concepts and solutions that I support.
If required, I will advise you on how to structure your recruiting processes, support you in assessing new recruits, high potentials and managers. However, I am neither a headhunter nor a recruiting agency. Luring staff away from other companies or former clients is not part of my services.
